Yes! A $50 discount on each side is offered to the agents on a dual sided transaction.
Are you Licensed Realtor in California?
No. California does not require transaction coordinators to be licensed to perform the duties of a TC.
Will you provide a transaction timeline at the beginning of the deal?
Always! As soon as I have the fully executed contract and all parties contact info I will send an introduction email and include the transaction timeline.
